My car does not come with heated seats and I would love to get that. Does anyone know if I can buy the element parts and have it installed in my seats so it will look like that the heated seats are from factory.
I checked the aftermarket products but I do not like another switch on the seats so I want to have the on/off button like the OEM one.

There is a very simple solution that will cover both your needs. Buy an aftermarket set d seat heaters & take you seats into an upholstery shop to have them fitted. Then buy the MB factory switch cluster that includes the heated seat option and use it as the primary/functional switch. I've done the same thing in the past with seat heaters and fog lights.

I'm sure tons of people have. Adding factory options to cars that didn't come with them is expensive business, one of the reasons why the aftermarket is as large as it is. I wired up a factory Caddy heated seat switch to a set of aftermarket heaters for a friend years ago, no issues at all as long as you know what you're doing. Same with a set of aftermarket fogs for a 2000 Blazer 10 years ago, bought the factory GM switch and made it work with a simple relay.
Easy stuff pal.

Now, the tricky part (at least for me) is how to install them in the seats? I have to pry the seats apart and insert the heating element. I need to do more research again, but if you can tell me how, that would help me a lot. Thanks Kevwood.

I would take them to an automotive upholstery shop, they'll be done right and it shouldn't cost much.
