Selling my silver Carbon Fiber steering wheel. It is in perfect condition without a scratch. Looks brand new! Getting a different style soon, which is the only reason I'm selling. It will fit the CLS and CLK model.
Selling it for $500 plus shipping. Cost $1,100 when I purchased it.

IS that an OEM steering wheel which has been covered, Or are those two things replaced by new CF parts?

BTW your CLS

Thank you
The steering wheel was made by a company in Germany that makes all of our OEM parts. I believe that they are called MP Designs. I ordered it from Neil at Eurotekmotorsports. Took almost 3 months to get this part. I've never seen another one on the forums which makes it a rare item.

Thank you! I wanted to modify the steering wheel a bit, but I was told that it's better to build another one. So instead of potentially destroying the wheel I rather sell it. It's a good deal because an OEM wheel cost more than $500

Dang! Good price. I don't have any silver CF or CF for that matter in my car.

Did it go to a guy with a CLK or another model? Just curious.

If I had black interior I would have grabbed it immediately.
I am surprised it took this long to sell, that is one hot wheel.

I take it you have the tan interior too eh? I couldn't decide on what to do with the trim in mine, silver CF or traditional black CF... So, I vinly wrapped it in silver CF and will change to black CF in a few months. Which ever I like better I will have done in actual CF.Originally Posted by kostas86

I think the silver looks pretty good actually, once I get the silver gauge bezel in and the silver shift paddles it will probably tie together pretty well.
We'll see.

The silver trim actually looks good with your tan interior.

Ah, gotcha. You definately would have to go with the traditional black CF then. Silver would look too washed out.Originally Posted by kostas86

Thanks as well, I like the silver so far. If nothing else, it's different.
