ahh thats just great man. Every day you learn a new thing about this cars.
So this is mostly a factory design problem? By doing a simple search i see other owners have ran into this situation.
Thank you Mercedes

Kmac is a very good products beause of the solid bushing design will stiff up the suspension alot but it very costly for the parts around $350 front and $350 rear and it also very costly for the labor too. I would rather go with adjustable camber arm because it cheap around $250 and you can install it yourself. The bad new about the camber arm, they only make them for the rear and some reported it make squeeking sound.

As for ease of fitting, the inclusion of a bush removal and installation tool with the K-Mac kits certainly makes them a home fitment proposition - and while you're fitting them you are eliminating those OE bushes that tend to chop out all too quickly. And it reduces the camber by pulling the bottom of the wheel inwards, no clearance issues.
In other words, some of the cost of a K-Mac is negated by what would have been spent fitting new original bushes.
