It's the OEM piece, I just popped out the start button and had is covered with the chrome and red Kleemann logo.

I like the "kleeman" text on the ashtray but not feeling the logo on the gearstick. But that's just me.
One thing I would like to see is V8 Kompressor badges on the fenders
And re-badge the car again with CLK500K (with a red K).

I'm either going to leave it debadged or but the Kleemann lettering & badge on the trunk lid - haven't decided yet. I'm actually really liking the ultra clean debadged look right now, I definitely won't be putting the Kompressor badges on the fenders. I have 2 sets here, bought them and was going to put them on but again, I prefer it clean.
We'll see.

Why would they think he's a poser? He has clearly spent a fair amount of money on the car and it looks unique. I don't think anybody and certainly not people in Dubai are going to think he's posing.
But hey, that's just my 2 cents
De-badged looks clean.

If funds permit, get the Vorsteiner spoiler, it's a piece of art and it adds a massive shot of aggressiveness to the car - if that's what you're going for...

Well, it was a bit more for me considering the shipping and customs duties (as with everything, im sure I've paid a years salary of the entire customs and UPS staff here over the last 18 months ) but I think it's only $1500USD or so in the US.

Well, in regards to my new AV system - back to the drawing board...
I bought the full system because West Coast Customs is in Dubai andthey are the only ones capable here of installing a proper custom system (fiberglass etc.). Well, I have just been informed that they closed their doors, shut dwn operations and vacated their facility this past weekend
So, now it looks like I'm going to be doing it, I dont mind but I have almost zero personal time these days. Oh well, if anything actually went as it should have on this entire build project it would have been oddly out of place...

They're heeeeeeeeerrrrrrrreeeeeee!
Going to have them slapped on after work. I'll have to get a wheel and brake thread up with some detailed pics later this week.

C63 507 AMG DA Car #19
Oh man I look away from this thread for 2 days and WOW.... it's like a showcase of W209 goodies that never ends.......
Klee Shift Knob top - I really dig it. (on my list).
I really like my kleemann floormats.... they are a nice subtle touch.....I do notice they don't seem to be wearing as well after 5000 miles... like the stock AMG mats.... so keep that in mind. I might have a hd section sewed in where your drivers heel sits. But it looks nice and keeps your stock matts in a bag (if that matters to you).
Those WHEELS - wow..... very slick.
That spoiler..... you know you just never know how something will look until it's fitted.... and man does that set off your car! Reminds me of the old duck-bill p-cars back in the day..... not huge whale-tail.... more subdle business look.
Please don't stop the modding........
Kompressor badges on the side..... I thought about it on mine as well..... but decided no..... I did have my kleemann stickers on the side of my car for a while.... liked the look but they fell off after a while...... they're just rubber sticker pads with 3m type glue..... I'm sure it was my prep.

Got the wheels on the car now - completely transformed it into a very aggressive look, I love it. Man o man do those Brembo's ever look great now that you can see them in an open wheel!
I'll get a quick pic up tomorrow then get a wheel and brake thread together on the weekend.
