I voted for Maserati. Well, depending on how old you are. Assuming you're age of 30+, super sport luxury of maserati will match your style.
My second choice is the aston. No need to explain, I guess. James bond style.
Followed by bentley and audi at last. How much is the SLS?

Man tough choice, all great cars

1. Maserati, Love the looks and sound. But it might lack power. Clarkson drove it on Top gear and he said it lacked some power. But it's sexy as hell.

2. Aston Martin, it's an aston martin!, nothing wrong, but it also lacks power, they have just released V8 Vantage S. 10 HP more lol.

3. Bentley, great car, but it doesn't turn heads as much as maserati or Aston.

4. Audi, it looks good, Clarkson on Top gear praised it but It's still an audi! Therefore nr4

aston is my favorite brand period.

the gran turismo is absolutely stunning but not nearly enough value for me.

bentley is nothing special IMHO.

and the r8 fails without v10.

I think, you are wrong in this. V10 isn't worth that money. I've driven R8 and the handling is unbelievably precise, you will love how that car drifts and takes corners. That is the most impressive thing on R8 - handling. I love the rumble of the v8, it just suits the car right. Don't like it with the Lambo engine though. V8 is lighter, has better steering position, and it does not understeer much as the V10. In fact V8 is more fun and pleasure to drive, especially with manual transmission, only available for V8, and is also cheaper.

Fattony,
Both Bentley and Maserati are true Gran Turismos, they are great for long drives and as a daily drive too. Both are very comfortable, Bentley with the feel of English quality and very well built, and Maserati with the Italian style, design is perfect but with the lack of quality. Both are fast, Bentley's pull is breathtaking, Maserati wins with the soundtrack, Ferrari's V8 cannot be beaten.

But if you mean it seriously with driving, you should decide between Aston and R8. As i mentioned above R8 is an amazing car, futuristic design makes you turn your head everytime you see it, but it is still Audi for me. Yes, it is a supercar, but still an Audi, with abosloutely no supercar history. But that is just my opinion.
So finally, i personally would choose Vantage. As mentioned above, you can't go wrong with Aston Martin. It looks superb, you will love the interiour and it sounds absolutely perfect. About handling, i only drove a convertible, so the coupe should be a bit better, hence the chasis stiffnes. It doesn't handle that well as the R8, but the history of the brand and elegant and sportier look win for me.

If I had the money to buy and upkeep, I would definitely buy an Aston. Understated elegance and sexiness.

Why the poll? Who you are trying to impress? Imagine someone else had this poll up, what which car will you vote for? Buy what you like, you are the only one driving it, not us. All are beautiful cars for sure. TC

There will be an Aston Martin Vantage on my driveway before my 40th birthday, that's my plan, it has been my plan, it will be my plan and I'm going to stick to it! I think the Vantage is a beautiful car bar none.

Guess my vote is for the Aston then eh?

Watch this, i love Tiff Needell's tests. He really is an excellent driver, makes brilliant reviews and you can really see his emotions and pleasure from driving.

Man, in my opinion, Clarkson is such a jerk, he can't even drive. Yes, TopGear is a great show, its funny, but when it comes to reviews and tests, i don't know, its too commercial for me. Clarkson is just too subjective, for example he just hates every 911, just because he is scared and cannot really drive one with RWD and engine in the back and he critizes everything about it. But when it comes to show, its amazing to watch.

For objectivity, i really like Chris Harris's tests, but he is sooo boring. Tiff Needell and Jason Plato are great from Top Gear, both are excellent drivers. Tim Schrick from Germany also, great guy, David Suitcliffe form Autocar is also good. Most of these shows are European, so maybe you don't have them in US.

That's why there are 3 people presenting top gear. They represent three diferent tastes, and three diferent ways of seeing cars (I'm talking about the BBC version, the US one sucks).
I think top gear is a superb program, and concerning to supercars it's the best program without any doubt. They need to be entertaining, but their knwoledge about this type of cars is huge.
