Question re transmission modes

Does anyone know if the two different transmission modes (C and S) "learn" driving style independently of each other? I've carefully trained C mode into granny style driving - quiet, smooth, and good mpg. Does that mean I've also trained S mode into granny style? Or can I teach S mode to be more aggressive without changing what C mode has learned?

Thanks in advance!

I'm quite positive they follow the same pattern of learned driving style, just the S starts in 1st and is more eager to changes gears, C holds the gears longer. When I switch between the two it's not much of a difference, after re-setting the ECU both reset and are similar again.

It would be fantastic if C was a learning setting and S stayed closed loop and crisp all the time but that isn't the case.

As you say, a shame. Oh well. And thanks for your input.

I have not noticed a HUGE difference between the 2, just shifting points.
