Seat Belt does not retract well

My driver side seat belt does not retract like it used to. I need to help it move every so often. Anyone know why this would happen? Any fixes? Thanks

This is it
I ask my body shop about it when I was changing the window regulator for my rear window and the guy told me it's the motor that needs to be changed ..

Some instructions in case anyone wants to check it out themselves.
