I would tell him to quit poaching pics off the net and claiming they are for his crap product - like Wes pointed out, the picture is f'in watermarked for Christs sake. Stuff like that burns my a$$.

I would definitely report it to ebay then contact the seller and tell him to take it off. You might mention to him about the report to ebay. That may get him thinking about his standing and feedback.

Not that it's cool to use someone else's pictures or anything, and also not defending the seller, but just so everyone does know. Once you post anything on a public forum, anyone has the authority to save and reuse that picture. What they can not do is alter the photo if it is marked from the get go.
