Good Story.
I was doing 92 in a 65, Highway. I got pulled over by a motorcycle cop hiding behind a wall.
I ask him to reduce the speed while he was in the middle of writing the ticket. He agrees and says he will give me 85. I get back to the office and look at the ticket.
Alleged Speed: 65 Speed Limit: 85
Allegation: Speeding.
Just got out of court. Case Dismissed "fatal flaw"
I got lucky, especially since I cant do defense driving b/c I did it 11 months ago.

Good story.
I was driving home one evening after dark and was boxed in on a stretch of interstate. The car in front of me was going about 57 mph while the car in the right hand lane was going 55 mph. I was just minding my own business waiting when this car raced up and stayed on my tail. I couldn't even see his headlights. Usually it is the ricers that do this and it kinda ticked me off so I waited until we both passed the car on the right and he started to pull into the right hand lane. I floored it and was up to 105 in a flash, pulled around a couple of cars till the right lane was open and merged over. A few seconds later flashing lights are on my tail so I pull over. It was the jerk that was tailgating me. After a lisence and registration check he asks me what I thought I was doing and I asked him "do you always tailgate just to bait people to speed?" My wife just about had a stroke. He gave me a warning and told me to slow down. Dodged the bullet that time.
