The movie was OK, not worth seeing at the cinema but funny enough to watch it on a weekend The first movie was better.

Thanks for the heads-up.

My friends have been going on about it and want to go to the cinema to see it tomorrow.

I don't usually go to the cinema to watch comedies.
I'd rather watch that sort of film at home.

I'll probably give it a miss.

However, I did go to the cinema to watch "Fast & The Bi-curious "as someone on here called it! LOL!!! funny as hell!

I actually really enjoyed it and though it was a great improvement on the others.

Great easy-watching car stuff.

hahaha, yeah it's called the same here
Yeah fast 5 is a great improvement from the others. I'm glad they didn't have pimped out Mazda rx7s in this one

Some locals ruined the cinema experience yesterday as well. Some farmers that hadn't been to the cinemas before that laughed at everything, even stuff that wasn't funny in hangover 2.

The movie was OK, but not great.

Farmers.... HAHAHAHA!!!

Yeah, I know that type.
That's also a reason I don't always go to the cinema.
When I watch a movie, I like silence, so I can absorb the movie properly.

As for pimped out Jap crap....

This was at a big car show recently.
Oil hose let go and burnt the fu#ker up!

Always go German!!

That facelifted front end looks so much better that the previous stlye. If I can find a decent deal on a CLK63 front end I'd snap it up in a second.

More than that here, then on top of that I'd have to change out the fogs because I have the old style. I'm sure that after I get my bumper vents done I'll feel a little better about the cover that I have.

I'm sure you will. Don't forget to post a thread about it I'm also interested in doing this mod. It's aggressive but still classy

I've been soo busy I haven't had time to work on the car so much.
My first vaccation day started today and I was woken up by the mail man at 09.00am..

I got these two puppies today. Another two are on the way. Guess what I'm doing for my next mod

Now I just need to find someone that can install my comand 2.0 as well.
I've had it laying around here for over 9 months now

Thanks Angelo! Your thread helped me out alot!
Lol, I'm getting on it today. I'm visiting a local shop after lunch to see if they can install the tips. A collegue recommended me a indie mercedes shop just 40min from where I live for the comand install.
I'll try to have everything installed this month.

I can do the install - except the coding, but I suppose it is Ysta Bilcenter that you were recommended already?

That would be awsome. I'm getting the face-lifted ac control unit as well.
I'm thinking while we're at it and opening up the whole console I might as well change the ac unit.

How much do charge?
Can you weld the AMG tips for me or can you recommend a shop?

I was recommended a indie shop in Helsingborg.

Hey guys
I got the Comand unit installed today. Will post pics tomorrow! Things left to do with the comand are buy a gps antenna since the one I got didn't work and take the car to a shop for the coding part. Things that work, are the cd player and fm radio. I'm thinking of buying a mpeg4 alpine tv-tuner, dvd-player with usb support for 64GB harddrive and helix precision h236 speakers.
Im also looking for a shop that can weld my OEM size amg exhaust tips.

I will keep you guys posted!

Thanks Wes I talked to 4 different Mercedes shops today. What a headache.
The cheapest price for coding the comand is $250 and the most expensive $500.
Now, Im not cheap but I asked the guy, "why do you charge $250 just for the coding, the work at tops takes 30min. Why charge me for 1 hour($250/hour)?".

He said: Well, we have to drive in the car in the garage and take it out again and try the gps and "stuff".
I said, well I'll get back to you...
