Hey guys

As few of you knows I'm adding the AMG package to my car.
I received the front bumper yesterday so now I got the complete package.
Besides the AMG package I have other mods waiting in the garage but it's to cold to be taking photos of all the parts. I will be posting pictures of all the mods as we go along, a "mini moutain of goods" picture

I have talked to a shop that will be painting the AMG package, I got a great deal, $450. I'm planning to spray paint the package in about two weeks.

For the other mods as the AMG paddleshift steering wheel, AMG gearknob, Comand 2.0, AMG spoiler, drilled brake rotors, AMG exhaust, I'm planning to have them done just in time for the first spring drive(31 march-1 april).

I will post pictures of the process as we go along.

/Mike

'Mini mountain'

Wow, that's a lot of work Mike, nice to see that you have all your parts rounded up, you're going to have fun! What are you going to do with your 320 when you buy the CLK63 AMG later this year? Keeping it for a winter car?

Congrats on the project and good luck!

Thanks Kev!
It will be alot of work the next month.
I'm still keeping the 320 as a summer car It's still my baby, the 63 AMG is just a mistress while the 320 is wifey material

I'm having the 63 and the 320 as summer cars and I'm thiniking of getting a BMW 550,545, 530 E60 as a daily beater. It depends on if I can find any of those with the M-package. Thinking of maybe going diesel on the BMW (530d).

You're going to have quite the stable. If I ever bought a CLK63 my 500 would go to my wife or go bye-bye. I'd never touch it with a 63 sitting there...

+1. I would have a different model to change it up a bit, I'd love a SL63 sitting next to my 500

True that here in Sweden there aren't a lot of clks with amg package no matter the engine size. As I have understood it mercs with v8 in US usually comes with amg package?

Hehe it's not that bad, it's the small square parts on the bumper. If you look in the picture there are 2 square pieces missing on the front bumper
Grill and fogs are expensive as h**l in Sweden, every part costs 50% more than from US.
Thanks for the help Wes, If you have time next week or week after that we can order the last parts?

The taxes on cars are crazy high in denmark, volvo s80 costs as much as a new BMW M5 E60 Or am I wrong?

Edit: Now I see you live in Malmö, I work in Malmö
