sorry for the noob question. but what 3m product do i use to tape down the the rear lip spoiler?

It should state the amount of hold on the package, or at least it does here in New Zealand. And remember to check the thickness of the double sided tape, I've made that mistake before and that stuff is hard to get off once its on. You'll most likely only need a heat gun if you're trying to remove it.
