Alignment Spec Sheet Help

While the car was in the shop I had a 4 wheel alignment done. I have the spec sheet here, but I'm kind of lost reading it. I would appreciate if anybody out there can help me making sense of this. Thanks

I didn't even see the sheet until I got in the car. It was lying on the passenger seat.

I bet you its a stealership ploy to make you worry about all the digits so that you'll have to come in to pay for a "Mercedes dealership psychotherapy" session...

Maybe Ghostrider will chime in here with an explanation. In talking with him, he seems pretty sharp with the figures.

That's crazy!! But everything looks fine. I can't believe they wouldn't just give you a normal printout. Did they say whether or not it was in spec?

They said everything was good. I was just curious about all the different readings. I usually see these spec sheets much more concise detailing each corner.

It looks like they took different measurments at different suspension compression points.

lol, I didn't even know the alignment was going to be done. I recently installed Ghostrider's anti-squeak links and haven't been back to the shop since so I guess the alignment was needed.

I'm going to have the shop Ghostrider uses do my alignment, and if the price is right just install the camber kit as well. Melvin, any idea what they might charge to do it?

Stopped by up there yesterday around 2 and they were closed. Huh

They may have been at lunch, since they are open til 7. They will work with you but it usually pays an hour per side, I could give them some pointers to make it easier.

Those are MB’s preferred alignment specifications, not your actual settings/readings.

Because changing front and rear ride substantially affects camber, caster and toe,
MB lists different angles to account for the changes that invariably occur as the suspension cycles through its travel.

Note the factory specifications are not necessarily ideal for fully exploiting available grip and/or maximizing potential tire life.
Savvy enthusiasts will often alter them to better suit their specific purposes.
