Ok, I called BenzWorld and asked about reserving cars.
They are unable to reserve cars without taking payment.
I was alittle annoyed at the tone of the girls voice and was annoyed that she wasn't willing to help in any way given the exceptional circumstances of your visit.
She said that their lines are open between 10am and 6pm and that people should be able to get through to them easily.
You'll have to keep trying and ring them between their opening hours.
Sorry I can't be of anymore help.

I'll try calling them tomorrow. As Kev asked what prefix do I need to dial before the number?
It doesn't matter if we don't get any cars, I want to visit the museum and for the sightseeing in London
