Guys,

I finally get my interior wrapped today and as i promised that i will take alot of pics which i always do when i do something to the car. Even though, I know alot of ppls know how to do this already but i've never seen the official one ( DIY) about this mod since i become a member so i decided to make one. Anyway, for any CLK owner with the Tan interior you gotta do it with the black cf ...the contrast btwn black and tan looks really good ...see for yourself lol. I havent do the door trim yet, hopefully i can get it done next week. Ok lets see some pics I should have done this for along time ago . Thanks for your instruction CLKboi .

There are no screws on this piece. Just pry it off. You will not break anything and make sure you use your towel .

Everything came out nicely,

I will update when i get my door trim done.

Amazing man. I love it Great DIY and great results.

I see some little bubbles here and there but they usually go away in a day or two

Once you know how to do it you can alway go back and re-wrap lol but we'll see if that goes away.

I've never seen that "sport" before on the ashtray cover. Is that original? Did you cut around to expose it? I have to admit that matte finish carbon fiber looks pretty classy on the tan interior.

Nice job. I think I just might have to do a silver/gray cf on my black interior 55 with the aluminum trim. Where did u get the CF?

Great Job Andy! And thanks for adding the W209 knowledge base!

That's 3M Di-Noc right?

Minor Nit-Pick. The part that is surrounding the shifter has the CF weave going the other way, no big deal (it's the easiest piece to remove).

Great job! Looks really nice. The contrast is perfect.

Did you meant to do the carbon in a different direction for the shifter plate?

How much did all that CF wrap cost you? I might get some, which seller did you get it from?

It's a little off because of the bottom piece. The pattern isnt in the same direction as the top 3 pieces.

f'ing A, Andy! That looks great! I haven't been on the forums all winter and this is nice welcome back! I fear I would NEVER get the weave all lined up myself, but I bet it would look great with my gray interior too, at least better than the wood. I've had the shift surround and ashtray out when I wired my iPod but I never knew how to get the rest off....thanks. I'll wait till I see how hard the doors are before I bite!

Looks good Andy. I had mine wrapped with the silver CF because I'm switching to the silver bezel and white gauges, I thought it would go better with the tan interior. Not to hack on you but I agree, the shifter plate needs to be re-done...

I thinkkkk it cost around $45 or something . I bought it like 4 months ago but just too lazy to start on it . Me and CLKboi have the same material . This material is very flexible, u should get it .
