For what I read on some posts I can use on the rear 18x9.5" ET28 with 255x35R18 or 265x35R18 rigth!?
I want to change my rear wheels (OEM AMG 18x8.5 ET30 with 255x35R18) for a wider wheels, and I'm checking the CLS OEM 18x9.5 ET28 to use with my 255x35R18 tyres, but the ET28 it's a bit out.
Does the CLS wheels will fit!?
Thanks

Hey guys,
I am looking to run a more aggressive stance for my rear wheels. My current setup for the winter is:
Front Tires: Continental Extreme DWS 225/45/17
Rear Tires: Continental Extreme DWS 245/40/17
Front and Rear Wheels: Euro 22 Reps 17x8 ET35
My question is....What is the better option for REAR spacers for an aggressive stance and won't rub in the REAR?
A 15mm spacer?
or a 25mm spacer?
Can you tell me what is the best option?
Thank you in advance,
Nic

Fitting these next year (damn winter!)
Vertini Concave in Machined silver and chrome lip
19 x 8.5 ET 35 Front
19 x 9.5 ET 35 Rear
Planning on going 265/35 in the rear.
I have 225/40 tires for the front already. Came off the SLK.

Those are great looking wheels, nice to see they are going from one ride to another.

So the bolts and wheel locks finally arrived. However, when I tried to mount my front rims today the silver center hub (looks like a cap) was pushing my center cap off. My rims have these weird center caps that are thick and are held on by screws. The rear rims mount on perfectly because the rear hub doesn't have the protruding silver colored center hub like the fronts... is the hub different on the front because of the AMG calipers that come on the CLK 500?
Can the protruding silver colored centre hub on the fronts be taken off because it looks like some sort of cap? Will spacers in the front solve my problem?
The front rims mount on fine if I take the center cap off. Someone please tell me what I need to do... I'm so depressed right now cuz I feel so lost
Thanks

Now my other question, bolts, wich length should I buy? Luckly I had my spare wheel bolts to test and they are ok, but need to be some mm longer.
Is there any OEM bolts that I could use or I need to go aftermarket?

one small question guys,
for the ones who have replica wheels fitted, what country is manufacturing those rims?
i have went over a couple of stores here, and all i can find is "MADE IN TAIWAN" or "MADE IN CHINA"...
i do believe they are not recommended for pot-holes... unless ur wallet can handle changing rims each time!

Both my 18s and 19s are made in Taiwan.
I find the quality from Taiwan is excellent. I've hit numerous potholes and big bumps with no bends or cracks... I even took them off and brought them to a wheel shop to make sure they weren't damaged.

The downside is that i already have originals on my car but was wondering if i changed them, would the quality be worth the trade
