2006 Facelift CLK500 Cab-
***Official Wheel/tire/stance Fitment Thread***

Well I noticed there are about 3 threads a day asking
"What size wheels will fit my car?"
"What size tires do I need? Are they going to rub a coilover?"
"How much can I lower it?"
Hopefully we can get a central location for all of this information in this thread-
A. Post a pic of your car
B. Post wheel: Size, Width, Offset.
C. Tire make/size
D. If using spacers-size and manufacturer. Shortened lug bolts or not.
E. If lowered- what manufacturer and how low. Also, if using a camber kit or not.
F. Any issues with your setup or warnings about previous setups.

Ok, then I will try again over here in this "official" thread (not a sticky yet!):

I just saw this Forum Sponsor with incredible deals on just exactly what I'm looking for:

http://www.oewheelsllc.com/Wheels-fo.../tc304350-2-1/

Has anyone bought from them?

Thanks, I'm partial to the blacks one also. That's why the 19s are still sitting in my garage.

Scroll down on the 209 home page and you will see the designated mods on the lower right hand corner. Any of those should be ok.

Hey Supafly, what ET are your rims? Did you experience any issues with Traction control or ESP because of your 275/30/19 tires? I want to get that same size tire (or even 285) and want to make sure my Car doesn't freak out because of the ratio change.

As for me:
Wheels: MRR GT1 Chrome 19x8.5F/19x9.5R ET35 all around
Tires: Falken FK452 235/35/19F - 265/30/19R
Spacers: 5mm front
Suspension: Stock Springs/Bilstein HD and No camber kit
No issues with this setup

Sorry man. We thought the awesomeness of your thread would make it stick all of its own, but a little help doesn't hurt.

EDIT: I also gave it the official *** to officially make it official!
