MY CUSTOM DUAL EXHAUST...
Naturally, I was tired of my old exhaust set-up (which was just quad tips without resonators) so I took my car to the good guys at DC Performance. Since there aren't many set-ups for the 500 out there, we decided to create our own stainless steel one-off system.
For those that are curious, we started with a 2.5" stainless steel straight pipe which replaced the secondary cats. It then connects to a 3" Y-pipe and back down to a 2.5" piping to the tips. We also added a nose cancellation chamber to help with the droning at higher speeds. Anyway with all that said and done and hours of hard work, this is what we came up with! ENJOY!![Big Grin](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
This is an in-cabin sound clip while they were still fine tuning everything..

finally ladies and (mostly) gents, here's the final product...

Like most cases the video does NOT do it justice. It's super loud, it's got a lot of rumble, sounds like an absolute BEAST and shocks everyone that hears it. Not only does it sound amazing, the full system looks like a work of art. The guys at DC did a great job with their in-house fabricator and quite honestly I couldn't be happier. The only problem is now that I sound like a beast, I need a motor that's a beast. S/C next? LOL.

For obvious reasons, I like your ride. Both you and Carlos have both had some stellar work done at DC. Props.

Looks amazing and sounds great. Is the noise cancellation chamber on the driver side? I think i see it, if so is there one on the passenger side aswell? Maybe i should look into one as i'm having some drone issues

what is that canister thing?
americanmade, you just have straight pipes right? couldnt you put the ar25 resonator right before your tips to prevent drone?

first off **NOISE cancellation chamber that acts as a resonator. There's a specific name for it that I can't think of off the top of my head but if you look at the after shot you can see it.. There's another one just like it on the other side. I'm gonna put it on the lift today and take pics so you all can see it a little better!
