And you're not an old guy, you have the most youthful looking car of us all
Sounds to me like the money is worth it to you dude, if that's the case, we all expect to see some pics soon

Thanks for the comment too, just trying something different that seems to be working, the modified but factory look.

So, you going to paint the calipers red, silver, ...pink? What's the plan?

Hehe, I'm going to keep them silver! My only mod rule for my car is to keep it as it "should/could" have left the factory that way
Pics will definately be posted when I'm done.

Your CLK looks great, too bad Mercedes copied your exterior mods with the C class coupe Remeber we talked about that in the hilton hotel lobby. Mercedes released their C coupe looking like your CLK just weeks weeks after you we're done

Silver will look great, I would do the same if it were my ride.

As for the MB guys and their new C63 coupe, yeah, my buddies in Canada all had a laugh about that "Hey, didn't you do this like a year ago...?" I'm going to do some interior changes over the winter now, got a few ideas, just playing around with ways to keep it looking stock.

Haha Keep your ideas a secret for now. You never know Mercedes might just copy them

Not so much a secret, more of how I usually am - not much talk until it's done. I'm like that in case the ideas don't work, there are a million guys out there that are all "I'm gonna do this and I'm gonna do that..." and they don't do anything for one reason or another. The only time I did get all up in that was about the Black Series strut bars - what a nightmare that has turned out to be!

Anyways, as soon as things come together you'll all see/hear about it

are these the 13.6" 4 piston caliper front brakes pre-'05 CLK55?
