Looking to do brake upgrade
yes you can. i believe as long as you stay in the w203 and w209 cars, most parts are interchangeable.
i did the c32 brake conversion myself.
4/2 is all you need for the 320. anymore would be overkill but bigger is always better when you have the cash for it

The 03 clk55 rotors are the same as the 500 - 345mm, except they are cross drilled. The calipers are also the exact same but with an AMG logo and painted.
Zeek - to answer your question, you can probably upgrade your calipers without upgrading your rotors if you have the 345mm rotors. I ran the 05 clk55 calipers you see in the pic with pre 05 clk55 rotors for awhile. But you won't see much performance impvement and the brakes will wear prematurely and oddly. But it's doable. But I was much happier when I finally got the 05 clk55 rotors installed.

anyway just want to understand this, so the lower the number is the bigger the rotor is? Meaning a 160mm rotor is bigger than a 345mm rotor? By the way, after seeing those brakes, im so tempted. I have this parts.com page open and just waiting to click submit

Overbraking the front without doing the rear is dangerous.
Try telling that to what ever his name is with a 32 engine sc swap on his Clk. He put a 4 pot calipers on the front and rear.
