I have tried a couple - the connectoe is obd 16 pin and seems to be wired for ISO 9141, but despite limp mode, my Sealet reader shows no codes.
When I followed the steps in the reset service indicator guide, there is no service menu after the voltage indicator is displayed. My ride is a 2004 CLK 320 and it has the same steering wheel and dashboard layout as the picture depicted for CLS. Do I follow the CLS or CLK procedure as the CLK steering wheel and dashbaord is different from what I have now?
Appreciate the Gurus' reply. Thanks in advance.
Get in car & close doors
turn key to position 2
use steering wheel control to bring up odometer mileage
use the select rocker to then bring up message "service "A or B Due ect.."
press & hold the R button on left side of odometer on dash
message will show
DO YOU WANT TO RESET SERVICE INTERVAL
PRESS "R"
at this point hold in the "R" button for 3 seconds
It then says service A due in 10,000 miles if you reset Service B
ALL DONE!
My reset button does not have an "R" printed on it. Mine is a long stem slim knob sticking out to the left side of the odometer display.

I have a CLK 200 Kompressor 2007, and sometimes when i keep my sunroof opened , i close the car, open it, turn on or not sure what the real scenario is it closes automatically and opens it upwards.
any idea how to stop this and if i want to keep it opened no matter what how to do it?
thank you
Largely followed the instructions posted by Glyn M Ruck. Thank you.
Here they are again with my comments
Get in car & close doors - must close doors
turn key to position 2 - must be position 2 and not position 1.
use steering wheel control to bring up odometer mileage - I had to bring up the speedo meeter display using the lower two LHS switches
use the select rocker to then bring up message "service "A or B Due ect.." - using the upper right LHS switch to show the service interval display
press & hold the R button on left side of odometer on dash - This is the little round button sticking out of the display. You need to press it for about three seconds
message will show
DO YOU WANT TO RESET SERVICE INTERVAL - yes it does
PRESS "R" - and hold for three seconds as it says below
at this point hold in the "R" button for 3 seconds - yes need this
It then says service A due in 10,000 miles if you reset Service B - mine says 15000 for service A
ALL DONE! - very happy. thank you.
here is a picture of my steering wheel.- two big rocker buttons on each side
