How do I determine this version number of my CLK?

It's a model designation. It's dependent on engine configuration and body type (example 209.375=CLK500 coupe, 209.476=CLK55 cab)

There should be a computer print out in the back of your maintenance book that shows the full vehicle configuration.

The CLK has more configurations than just about any Benz model. It had a very long production run & has had just about every drivetrain in the Benz arsenal fitted to it around the globe. From 4cyl, to CGI to V6 & V8 to AMG Black Series to all the diesels.
