Yeah, This dude crashed into our rental car in Miami at a stop light, causing us to hit the woman in front of us, whom was pregnant. We decided to pull over on the right side of the road, As we were all changing lanes, the purp just takes off and zooms away. People can be such Scum Bags.

We were in heavy traffic flow, Not safe enough to get out. Miami doesnt have front license plates so we weren't able to get his plate as his POS Toyota Corolla S sped off.
Everyone was ok luckily so we parted ways.
Karma is looking for that guy and it's not gonna be pretty.

Damn that's just plain cruel!
So assuming from the prices listed here i would say it cant go more than $400-$500 to paint the bumper which is OK.
No i need to hunt down a diffuser that costs less than $500...
