Please check my VIN for Balance shaft issue?
Thank you for helping me with my issues in a previous thread. I also would like to know if my 2009 CLK550 is within the affected range as it was build in Aug 2008, I believe.
My VIN is WDBTK72F09T101308
Thank you once again.

Yes, that one has 273 engine #104177 which is beyond the timing chain idler sprocket problem range.
It's a MY2006 - yes, it is in the range. Only M2007 needs to be checked for engine serial number.
2006 C280 V6 M272: report P0019, P0304, P0305, P0306, and P0300.
1201 Constant adjustment of exhaust camshaft of left cylinder bank in direction 'Advanced' (P0019)
1202 Constant adjustment of exhaust camshaft of left cylinder bank in direction 'Retarded' (P0019)
1203 Constant adjustment of exhaust camshaft of left cylinder bank in direction 'Advanced' (P0019)
1204 Constant adjustment of exhaust camshaft of left cylinder bank in direction 'Retarded' (P0019)
It is possible that you have a cam adjuster issue that is causing the misfires. Unfortunately, none of these are easy fixes and are going to require a qualified mechanic to inspect things for a proper diagnosis. One thing I will mention is that I had this code on my CLK550 and it was due to a racked flywheel (damaged by the dealer when repairing the "balance shaft").
