2011 E550 Coupe, 1992 Corvette ZR-1, 1991 368ci ZR-1, 1990 ZR-1, 1987 Callaway TT, 05 SL600, CLA45
CLK 500 stalling after crank sensor replacement
Car was hard starting, replaced the crank sensor per the code. Now the car has stalled out 3X. Every time it stalls it seems to be during cranking the wheel' parking lot, corners....idle is fine. Sensor was replaced with an aftermarket unit.

No codes pulling...any thoughts>>>

I heards alot of bad news on aftermarket parts from MAF, crank...etc. Get an OEM sensor.

Great! really pleased you have it sorted. That is one sensor I would not go aftermarket on. MAF is another.

NO LONGER ACTIVE
I'll use compatible aftermarket brakes, filters, fluids, belts and hoses, but for engine electronic parts, I have to stick to OEM.
