I bought my foglight kit from hidextra.com and had to change the bulbs and ballasts over three times already. They don't honor their warranty either. Just thought I would share since their review section needs to be approved by them before being posted. Obviously they won't approve a bad review. Shop somewhere else

My friend purchased from them as well. Same issues as you. I would definitely not recommend them.
If you guys want a good kit that will actually last read my review on the sportiva HID kit:

Those are the ones. I got them from ebay too. Just make sure when you receive them to look for the engraved sportiva logo on the bulbs. I used the H7 kit for my fogs though

Do the ones on eBay come with a warranty? Is sportiva supposed to be a good brand?

Not sure on the warranty though it should say on the bottom of the listing. I have had great success with them. Currently running them on my fogs (35W) and my headlights (55W). Fogs are less than a year old but headlights have been 3.5 years with no issues!

Hello Moedy,

I bought my kit from HIDextra, at first I had flickering issues. I called them for technical support and what I didn't know that I need a pair of capacitors to eliminate the flickering issues & signal error on dash. And they strictly say that the warranty is good for 1 year. so I am guessing you are out of warranty already.

I really had a great experience with their customer service and they offered me to upgarade with their Premium Volt Canbus ballast. I am very happy with the output. They said that it has the advance built in component that will eliminate any issue a vehicle's computer system have with aftermarket HID.

To my fellow MB users, this is a very high quality kit recommended! No issues at all.

I bought my kit when they were giving the life time warranty which they didnt honor. They change the warranty time period as they see fit. HIDextra is a terrible company and you sound like a fake that works for them since this is your first post and you just registered
