my glove box trim
finally got my glove box trim installed from formymercedes.com

it makes the interior look amazing...
the shade is slightly darker than my existing wood, but not by much
the fit is good
be very careful when installing the piece, if you bend it...it will SNAP and break in half

Looks good! Something I would like to do.
I'm sure after some sun exposure it will blend in more to your liking.

I already love it...been wanting one since the first day I got my car...that extra shimmer at night from the glove box trim reflecting is nice too....
Yeah, you pop off the vinyl - it is just held on by a few blobs of glue. The wood fits better if you roll off the two sided foam trim tape and use Goop to attach it. The foam tape has thickness to it.

I'd love to get this. It's offered in Light Burl and Medium Burl. How do I figure out which color matches my other wood? Is there a code somewhere in the car...do I use the VIN...?
