first and foremost, welcome to the forums!

its hard to gauge an answer to your question because it just depends on the application you are looking to get out of your car. I'd suggest searching to see what other members on the forum have done to their cars first and apply it to your car.

But for my input, I am using Koni Yellows and love them for its adjustability

Koni yellows are a very good call & of course there is nothing wrong with OE Sachs shocks/struts.

you know...one thing that i always was wondering ...
and if you plan to keep your stock springs, what about considering the koni fsd?

it supposedly hits the sweet spot when you want stiffer around the corners and more floaty when you are cruising. not too many reviews on it though...

Do you happen to have the Koni part # on those? Wifey has trashed the stock ones on her 2004 CLK320 and I have not been able to find a match on Koni's website.

I believe these are the correct numbers. I would call koni and double check... should be same as the c class.

Konis #8741-1412 sport fr #8041-1319 sport rear

I believe the fronts are special order so it will take a couple of weeks.
