So my primary key fob wont turn over... it unlocks and locks my car but when i put it in the key receiver it does not turn... my spare key turns the car on just fine... anyone experienced this problem? what can be the cause of this ?

First, i would check the vehicle battery. That may not be the culprit, but a weak battery can cause all sorts of electrical gremlins, including "killing" a key. For example, leaving the key in the ignition and then the battery dying can ruin that key. There is really no way to re-sync a key - once it gets locked out, it's toast.

what level should the battery voltage maintain? and i think thats what happened i left the key in the ignition while i was putting on my spare tire because i had a flat ... i took the key out after i get the spare on and few mins later tried to ignite the car and it locked out and the key led fob blinks

Battery should show 12.6v at rest, no less than 11v during cranking as the starter runs, then around 14.2v with the engine running.

I like the MBZ batteries. I think are made by Varta.

Nope. Most all SRS errors are "persistent" and can't be cleared until the underlying fault is corrected, and then the error is reset via SDS (or other high-end scan tool - not generic OBDII).
