Baby's new shoes

Just installed Continental Extreme Contact DWS on all 4 corners. Very quiet tire riding back from the dealer, good grip on a wet/snowy/slushy day.
Impressed so-far. Hope they give good mileage

Nice. I've always liked Continentals.

I have the identical tires on an identical car. I just put a second set on the rear. They were to the wear bars at 13,000 miles. Curious how you do. I have a heavy foot but don't spin the wheels.

I've always had good luck with Continentals, My 300 SDL had them and loved them. My Vette wears Continentals as-well.
I really hope I get more than 13k on these tires, that's only about 4 1/2 months for me. This is a daily driver in Michigan - highway miles each day equal about 125

You'll do much better with highway miles. I do mostly in town so they get tortured on every start.

Good tires. I'm halfway through my second set. Good dry and wet grip, predictable breakaway, great wear, and best of all - quiet for the life of the tread. No comments on snow as I don't drive the CLK in it.

+1 on DWS. I've had them for about 9000 miles and they're great. Good traction overall, even snow, quiet, and the wear seems to be pretty good too.

Dang, 8,000 miles. I thought I was bad at 13k. I'd have to actually try to wear them out that fast.
