Anyone here cut out holes for dual exhaust on there bumper? Need some pointers and what's the best tool to use ?

I haven't done it. But if I did,I would use a dremel with a cut off wheel. As far as pointers, measure twice, cut once. Good luck!

Get one of those replicas AMG splitter/diffusers and replace the lower indented bumper section completely. Looks way better imo and not that expensive if you look around.

You mean cut out that lower section and replace with diffuser?

The only rear diffuser I can find is the ones on ebay and there at 600 Plus shipping . do you know if there is a cheaper option?

No I mean cut out the exsiting lower section so I can get 2 exhaust tips.

I can't find one at the moment but will post the link when I do...however you can get a complete Black Series replica rear bumper for only £268 (about $440) so I'm sure just the diffuser will be rather less than that.

carbon fiber diffusers are over $600, but look really good, i have seen just plastic ones online but never in person.

thank you guys I will try it out this weekend . I got a roll of masking tape going to measure and make the cut lines first then if it looks good I am going to cut it . Anyone here have a picture of the dual tips from the underside?

I used a dremel to enlarge the exhaust cutout on my Camaro's diffuser. Here is how I trim the diffuser:

Use tape to cover the exhaust cutout
Free hand new opening with marker
Trim with dremel, assure opening is center
Cover opening with tape, to be used as template
Tape template on bumper and cut new exhaust opening
