CLK 350 900b error

S68/4: passenger side seat belt buckle restaint system switch.
900B

how do I fix this. I am able to read and reset this code using i980. But it pops right back, so there is a fault.

I read somewhere that there is a cable that I need to stretch\pull. Any advice would be much appreciated.

under the passenger seat there is a wire that gets damaged. Its a common thing and an easy fix. Look under the seat you can probably see it.

thanks for the heads up. Is there any pictures of the wire? is it attached from the back or the front? I see a ton of wires under the seat.

I've sort of tried to push them all in already.

That worked! Its located at the front of the passenger seat. The whole plastic module tray that holds all of the connectors popped off and so must have loosened the connector.

I popped it back together and squeezed the connector and the port together. The port that the plug connects to was loose itself, so they had to be squeezed together.

After that it worked.

Such a nice car. this is my first error with the car!

I think I spoke too soon. I started playing with the seat buttons and it came up again. I played with the wires and there's nothing obviously wrong. But now the light is solid on and won't clear away with the tool.

Before it would come and go as the seat is sat on\moved.

if it helps narrow down the issue, the passenger side seat belt presenter stopped presenting the seat belt at around the same time. So maybe there is a fuse or wire that I need to specifically check on

Since I am having to deal with this problem, I may as well update this thread as I work on it. I just checked the fuse box inside the cabin on the driver side. Using this thread:
http://www.benzworld.org/forums/c209...ails-w209.html

The fuses 32 and 33 looked unharmed.

Not sure what to check next. Working under the seat is super hard. I don't fit lol

My wire is disconnected!

Hi! I apologize for commenting on an older thread, but I didn't see where I could do a new post. Really quick, I have an SRS error and it's for the passenger seatbelt. I checked the wiring from the seatbelt under the passenger seat and it's not connected to anything...bingo! My only problem is that I can't find where I need to connect it. I'm hoping someone can take a look at the pictures and maybe give me some guidance?

This pic is closer to the door. Those yellow and blue wires are the ones from the seatbelt that are just hanging and not connected to anything.

This pic is closer to the console.
