i have a 2005 Clk500 cabriolet c209, I randomly get a battery warning visit workshop light on the screen. It's intermittent and usually comes on after driving when I come to a stop. I have tried to make it come on but it only comes on when it pleases. The car can sit for weeks and will still start strong but the light randomly comes on. I have replaced the battery (it only has the one) and installed a new alternator. I can't think of anything else. Any suggestions and help would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
