Rear Driver's Side Rotor Froze!!!

In the process of switching rear hubs and after several drill bits, I was finally able to get the rotor screw out. I released the parking brake and the rotor still did not budge. I then adjusted the parking brake dial and still nothing. I did adjust the dial until it stops. For me I had to push dial up or counter clockwise. Rotor moves freely but will not budge. Also used a 1/2 can of PB Blaster as well. Went and bought a 6" 3 jaw puller that will be my last attempt. I need to get the rotor off to remove the parking brake cable. If this does not work then I will have to buy a new cable(cut old one) and then buy a new set of rotors. Rotors look fairly new. I've own the car for 6 years. Helllllp!!!
