color

Vivianlove your car is beautiful. I love the color combinations. Truthfully if I could pick any color combination then I would pick the one you did. However, I had a black car before and I can't bring myself to buy another black car. They are the best looking cars when they are clean but they are so hard to keep clean. I have ordered a silver clk500 with ash interior. I might change my interior to charcoal but I can't bring myself to change the color to black. Are you having problems keeping your car clean? Is it guaraged?

Thanks Mulk,

Is not really that hard to maintain a black car. In the begining of the season. Apply wax three times in the frist bath and then wax twice in the second time and lastly wax it once. Then rest of the year, just shower it with soap (easy) and air dry it. Then the car will not have any swirl mark.

I see you have a 2000 M3. I see the argument over which one is better all over these boards. Since you've got both, which one do you like better. Also are there any options that you wish you hadn't got or that you had got. Your not from Va beach are you. I see a black one around here.

I don't know why people keep comparing these two different cars. Yes, they are both coupe that where the similarity stop. One has an inline6 engine and the other is a V8, so much for that comparison. Both great cars, they drive, look and feel different in each other ways. M3 is a driver sport car and CLK is grand touring sporty car.

If I HAVE to pick one: M3, because I love to drive hard through curve and turn!

Note:
More likely comparison: 5 series vs. CLK Class & M5 vs. CLK55

If M5 is a coupe, it would be the ideal choice but I don't like sedan.

I seldom order wrong/missing options.

I'm located in the Midwest, so that's not me.

vivianlove: Wow, She's a sweetie

I love the Dudly Duright sparkle off the star. Stone is the winner! How many coats of wax did that take?
