My Girlfriend and Mum and Dad got me comand for my car I cant belive it, my girlfriend got Steve email address from the forum and he was really helpful and great to deal with.

He was really helpful to them as they didn't have a clue what they were buying and who steve was but he really help'd them.

Thanks Steve and co for helping them.

I know I couldn't belive it I unwrapped it and there was mbneznl tape around a box and i was thinking ok whats inside.

I open the box very carefuly with everyone watching my every move and I saw some tools and took out the packing open the bag and there it was a comand.

I couldn't beilve it, I was in shock.

I have fitted it today and its great i'm so pleased with it.

Now I want a TV tuner.

They said how great steve was and I can only thank him for helping them, and now ask when he will have some tv units in stock

My family were really sneaky they had it delivered to my dad at work and my mum and girlfriend done the rest contacted steve etc.

I never thought i would be getting that this christmas.

If you care to take a 40 mile drive towards the city (depending where in Surrey you are), part of the MBenzNL team can reprogram the instrument cluster in your car to display the navigation information... or help with installation.

Did you install it yourself? How difficult is it to install. I would really like to buy one but I don't know who could install it and I am not sure the next time Steve is making it to the US.

A W209 comand install shouldn't be too hard to do by yourself. It looks like the W203s... and they are quite easy as well.

I don't really know where you are located, htownbdr, but Steve MAY be in CA late January / early February - but he will definitely be in CA and in Chicago during spring next year.

I e-mailed you and him earlier. I live in Houston. I will go ahead and order one from you and if I can install it, then great. If not, it will sit in a box until he can make it to Houston because I also want the phone kit and the xenon installed and I don't think I can do the phone kit becasue that is going to require some tearing apart of the dash and center console.

How do I order the Comand from you with the tools necessary to install?

htownbdr: it is a really great kit, and its is really easy to put in it took me hour and half to fit the unit and i also connected my cd changer.

The only part i found scary was taking out the ic but i done it gental and slowly and it was fine.


It was a great self install kit and there are loads or web site out there with great pic and info.

going to different continents is not up to me to decide upon...it is up to customers to offer me airfare compensation...I have been to New Zealand and Australia (more then once) to mod some cars...Singapore sounds interesting as well ...
