Is there a coin tray available for W209?
I've been noticing that everytime I go through a drive-thru window I have to pocket the change (and then it ends up falling on the seat) because the car doesn't have a Coin Tray. Is my car missing one or is that how they come? If that's how they come, do you guys know of any aftermarket coin trays available for the W209? Any help would be appreciated!

i actually use the sunglasses holder in the armrest for all my coins for some reason mine isnt so deep (i dont wear sunglasses so i havent tried that out its just that everyone tells me its a holder for sunglasses)...but if you dont smoke the ashtray should be fine if the coins get stuck its easy to take out the whole tray to get them out

After I posted my question I realized it was rather stupid... I could easily put them in the ashtray. The thing is that I'm used to driving my parents' BMWs and they all have real coin holders that have slots for Quarters, Dimes and Nickels. I do wish they had one for my benzo but I think imma use the ashtray for now. Thanks for your help guys!

Don't know if you guys with 03 & 04 have this but there's a little draw in the front of the lower arm rest console on my 05. Would be great for holding those quarters for tolls.

I'm not sure what you're referring to but I'll definitely go to the dealership and check it out. If I like it, I may order that piece if it'll fit into my car. Thanks for lookin' out man

I think they all have this as standard, my '03 does anyhow. I had the car nearly a year before I saw it when cleaning one day !
I still end up using the ashtray though and its a pain, I've big hands and a lot of the time when I park I put it in "P" take out the key then realise I need to buy a ticket and its hard to reach in there with the shifter in Park !

Drawer I was speaking about is very easy to find. Open up your center console and look inside. There in the front of the compartment you will find the drawer. Seems like a good place to store coins.

Rafi - Let us know what you find out - that drawer would be handy. You would think someone would make a replacement for the ash tray you could just pop in.

I store all my coins in either the ashtray or the centre armrest which contains the phone & has room for pens , keys & coins !

The 2003 CLK's in the US have a "hump" in that center console so we are unable to buy that drawer for our cars. If I find someone that can make some type of coin storage, I'll let everyone know. But for now, I'm gonna give up and just use the center armrest compartment. Thanks for all of yall's help!
