first off, ordered door pins and SRS badges. Got them within days.
ordered a CL-style grill for my wife's car. Great and cheery on the phone. Made a quick PayPal payment and had the grill at home by end of the week.
Found out way later on that the hood latch on the W203s was not long enough to extend through the CL-Style grill. I e-mailed Jerry about it and he told me that many of his customers were experiencing the same thing, so he already had a fix. He manufactured a longer hood latch based on the original design, and sent one to me for FREE. Anyone who asked for one that had bought a CL-style grill from him, would get one for FREE too.
A few months later, my wife was driving down the freeway, and the OEM grill MB star fell off. Jerry sent a replacement star for FREE.
I had questions about PORTERFIELD RS-4 pads for my CLK 55 rear AMG brake applications, and he answered all of my e-mails quickly. He helped me through the process, even when PORTERFIELD themselves sent me the wrong brake pads. He said, "no worries, just send them back, and I'll sort it out with them."
Perfect customer service on more than a few occassions. No complaints, no worries. He's always been a stand-up guy with me, over the phone or via e-mail.
