that is one cool W208 55.

does the s/c engages all the time or works exactly the same as of those on the original AMG s/c V8? or are you still working the bugs out?

S/C is engaged at all times. Still working bugs out, just no time.

I got a guy that works for benz as a mech. I get him to do my work after hours. Why don't you guys do the same thing?

Yes., we could do that,.. but a Mech. just won't do the magic,!

we need somebody more more more advance than a mech.

for your engine cover, i say go with something that wont trap the heat and etc...the engine bay looks so packed and cooling is def. one issue you want to consider.

good work!

Are you in the NYC metro area? If so tuning the motronic will be no problem!

My theory, more air = more power. Not always the case, but for the most part true. Take a look at most turbo and s/c setups, 1 filter.

Centrf Blower

Group,

I updated the web pages with some pics and info on the fuel data. I should have a new unit that will allow timing and fuel to be adjusted sometime next week.

The boost-a-pump is in and I will take data Sat. Got the 7-8psi pulley on, but need to wait until I can cut a little timing.

not stock.
I have been wanting to perform this mod on my SLK320 (mount a supercharger from a 32amg) but have been trying to figure out the tuning and all of that, is the car daily drivable as it is right now-(most critical part for me).... how are you running the car right now...do you just have it hooked up to the stock computer with the Boost-Dependant fuel regulators??

If anyone here can help me I would really appreciated since I cant get much out of the R170 forum....it seems that more people mod the bigger benzes

Anyways, GREAT setup..and if you can please fill me in a little more on how you got the car to run with the AMG supercharger I would appreciated it.

If you can, email me at ojcsenday@hotmail.com...thanks

Because you are missing half the equation with your past belief.More air will always need more FUEL!(Unless you are running extremely rich!)Then you get POWER!

You are correct. I thought that was a given. But thanks for pointing out the obvious (to me).
