Sorry if you've posted this and I waz too lazy to find it by searching... was wondering, are you running the compressor @ a lower speed so as not to overboost the motor? ...since the NA 5.4L motor is a higher compression one then the FI 5.4L motor.

Fuel Pressure
Check this out. The first is the HPS systems WITH and upgraded fuel pump to help overcome the pinch of the FMU. Eventhough A/F was OK, you can see that the way they tuned was to dump fuel into the engine then let it burn off.
The next graph is with a boost-a-pump installed. This unit increased the voltage on the pump to help flow. A nice fuel pressure increase like you need.
I moved to a 10:1 FMU, but need to go back to the 12:1, since I am a little lean. The MAF is pegged at 5000RPM
