BUMP for the resurection of this thread.

Still alive the car? How is going?

I have the exact same Powerdyne S/C you are using greg, but is sitting on the shelf, waiting to work out again in some vehicle and I'm really trying to decide if install it in my C43 stock. Just the tunning is my problem, not the hardware. I also have a Spearco aftercooler (water-air) system.

A 044 Bosch pump is loud as hell (had it in my e30 325(stroiked to 3.0L) turbo and was more than enough for 22 PSI and more than 400RWHP it was achieving.

so what was ending and final setup? im doing this soon and just about got all my answers from this thread. so far i will be using a bigger bosch fuel pump and the FTC1-024. i want to use bigger injectors. im a little worried about detonation around 3psi. would this route be safest? ill retard timing like a previous member posted on this thread. in theory it should be okay and maybe even solve the last bit of fuel issues we have with this setup. or should i still be looking into an fmu aswell?

the bigger inectors should get more fuel to the cylinders without raising fuel pressure. shouldnt this keep injector duty cycle in the safer range. (under 80psi)? while still acheiving an afr under 12:1 please correct me if im wrong. i have a lot of experience with diag and repairs. ive just gotten into the whole tuning scene myself. ive modded my cars in the past, but only bolt ons and slight fabrication.

Looking to add a turbo to my 55 swap, anybody have any after thoughts, things they’d do differently regarding fuel and tuning?
