Expression DTM kit

I'm wanting a subtle change on my CLK, so I was looking in to purchasing the Expression's DTM front kit for my W208. I would go with the Carlsson RS kit, but I want to avoid the fiberglass route. Anyone have any information on where I can get one, and how much they run for? Also, how's the fitman for those who have it on their 208?

Thanks in Advance

If you think Carlsson was expensive (plus it's also fiberglass, right)?

I thought the Expression's kit was poly urethane? If I could find an authentic Carlsson RS kit, I would purchase it. But most if not all are replicas.

Don't hold your breath - the kit was never produced for sale and only appeared on a handful of show cars. Not only that, but the original one was fiberglass as well, and didn't fit much better than the replicas.

That was to my understanding as well regarding the Carlsson RS kit. That's also the main reason why I'm interested in the Expression's DTM kit.

I tried to get the DTM stuff when I first had my '01. I REALLY, REALLY liked the rear spoiler as it was pretty unique and had carbon fiber. At that time I found the only company that imported it into the USA and initially they said that it was fiberglass (instead of poly) and they could get it for me (around $750 for the spoiler only). Even though it was pricey I thought it would be something that would set my car apart from the stnadard CLK's in the area (I had one of the very few 55s). Then they came back and said that they could not get it at all and the order was cancelled altougether. I do see another thread in this forum for a different looking DTM wing so maybe they do have distribution capabilities to the US now. I stil think they make some quality stuff.

I think the Expression front bumper is great, and a very subtle upgrade to set your car apart. I don't care for the side skirts though.
