Trump won't get that for the property. It's not worth that much. Once you get up to $50M or so for a property one is very discriminating. Of course all of this is usually -- I remebmer when Mike Tyson paid $50M for a property in CT that late sold for like $10M or something like that.
You should be able to find the listing on Dupont Registry or Sothebys or Christies or another high-end real estate site. Does Trump have a site with it on it?

It is on the market. He's done a bunch or renovation (I think he plans on having to spend another $40M in renovations) and I believe that only the pool is still needing to be redone.....
