CarLab Bad Service - CarLab responded with great service

Hey guys,

Have any of you dealt with CarLab Motorsports. I have been trying to get my springs and have had such a bad transaction. They were supposed to send me my springs a while ago and have not...Keep delaying. Just wondering if you have had better luck than me?

Just be aware when you buy from diff. companies.

I have had great service from Carlabs. I got my iforged rims from them. Have you been speaking with Darwin or another associate?

I've actually had some H&R Springs installed on my old C-Class in the past, by Darwin and didn't have any problems with customer service. Try to talk to Darwin directly and he should be able to take care of you.

Andy,

We order the spring from H&R right after you order. Our gardena warehouse suppose to send it to you on monday because you live closer to that warehouse. I later find out that the spring was not shipped out yet and this is on friday.

I told you on the phone regarding the situation and offer you a 50% discount on the price of the springs. I apologize for the inconvinience caused by this problem.

A full refund has been made to your card as of 11/20/2006 at 4.17pm.

I've noticed if something is delayed or you dont get the right part its always the manufacturers fault not Carlab. Darwin is always there to answer questions and deal with any situation that comes up in a timely and orderly fashion.

This is an excellent gesture on your part. Customer service goes a long way in this business and I am impressed with your response and offer to compensate Andy for the delay.

Andy, I hope you get your things soon. But I'll be remembering CarLabs if I plan to buy something for my car in the future.

I just purchased some 19" MRR rims from Carlabs and had Darwin install them on my car last night. Carlab's customer service was AWESOME!!!

I plan to purchase many more performance mods from them in the months to come.

I think their service was top notch, even though the HID kit didn't work out on my car. Darwin offered a refund right away, no questions asked. His service is top notch.
