Yes, it's very weird. I looked at all the CLK 63's on ebay and none of them come with xenon. But the CLK 55's come with xenon, i think you should get yourself a set of bi-xenon. Here are some links.

Your the man !! thanks for the links..im gonna do the bi-xenons and the fog light. Im also lookin into white lights to replace my yellow side mirror lights. I'll keep everyone posted with any new work I do....19's are coming soon, just tryin to decide between a few different sets. Renntech also has ecu for my car that would put me well over 500 hp. This car is a beast as is, i can only imagine what is gonna be like.

Bixenons are standard for the CLK63 here in New Zealand.
Active Bixenons are an additional cost extra.

Trust me your wrong.....I raised hell about it when i picked up my car. I even made them put me on the phone with product manager from mercedes headquaters in montvale nj. I was furious !!

If you dont believe me, ask the only other person with a CLK63 on this forum, she's from cali......I agree that it makes the car look cheep, thats why im replacing them next week.

Your dealer did a good job of scamming you then, they are def available. I drove one with them. Here is a picture right off the MBUSA site, has bi-xenon.
It is the 319 lighting pkg and it costs $770.

yea, and if you look through that brochure you will also see the two tone nappa leather black with blue inserts....dealership said it was available when i ordered it and just like the xenons it didn't happen. You live in CANADA. they probably come standard there like they do in NEW ZEALAND....but this is America Jack, so dont tell me I got scammed. Why dont you call up any random dealership in the US and ask if are available in the 07 CLK63.....I would love to hear what they have to say Mr. Research.

Anyone else out there who own's a CLk63 in America care to comment ?????

Canada? Try belmar, NJ buddy. Go to silver star motors, they had one with bixenons.

Nevermind, that was a CLK550. The 63 did have halogens.

Its such BS.....I just went on the mbusa web site tried to build my own clk63. they offer the bi-xenon headlights just like they did when i ordered them...but im tellin you i've tried a few different dealerships and spoke to corporate. They all told me they aren't available..I know i can get them aftermarket cause i already looked into it...The reason i though you were from canda was because two people wrote in that thread that they come standard on clk63's in canada and new zealand. So who the F knows, I can tell you that im puttem after market 7000k xenons in soon....look for me down the shore this summer, you cant miss me !!!!

Sorry for the rambling

Orion,

I just went to MBzdirect.com which is a dealer here by me in OC. When I was shopping for my car, they said they had some with the lighting package, but I never saw them. They were not the color I wanted.

Anyway, if you try and build a CLK63 from their site, they do not have any lighting packages offered which is strange because it is still offered on the MBUSA web site. I do believe there is a problem with the packages (P1, P2, etc.) on the CLK63.

I was also told mine was prewired and had the bluetooth ready to go just needed the adapter. This was not the case and the dealer was a little confused as well. My car has every option (except Ipod, I think) and they were not sure why it did not have the handsfree. They wanted me to pay to have it installed (close to $3000.00), but ended up installing it for free and giving me the $400 adapter.

Anyway my point here is that there is some type of issue with the CLK63 and the convience "packages". They do offer the Nav, Keyless go, etc. but not the P1, P2 or P3 packages.

Yes, thank you...i have all those other options...keyless go, nav, ventilated seats, & parktronic...When i originally ordered my car they offered a two tone leather interior and bi xenons...i selected both of them. When i finally got the car i was shocked. How the hell could my old 06 clk500 have better lights then my new CLK63 AMG ??? I soon found out that none of the 07 63's had xenons. they told me that AMG had decieded not to offer it. No explanation or idea why......absolutly F'in rediculous.

However, if your like me, having the xenons is a must. I found a few different places that can do it. Next week im having 7000k bi xenons and fogs put in...should look sharp. I'll keep you posted & put up pics..

LOL! This thread is a tad comical ! However I hope Orion figures out what happened because it sounds like his dealer or MB screwed up! He should have gotten exactly what he ordered. Or was it not offered on the CLK 63. It's ridiculous that the CLK550 would have it and not the top of the line CLK!

Nice looking car by the way Orion and I hope some of you CLK55 and 63's try to make it to the NYC AMG BMW meets! Meets will be posted!

That's really strange. The build sheet I went over with the dealer the other day showed the active bi-xenons as an option. That's in Orlando, FL. I believe one of the cars on their lot HAD the lighting package. (They had two, I drove one, I believe the one I drove was almost the car I wanted).

I know they're not standard, and perhaps maybe that's where the miscommunication is coming from. You're telling me that MB built your car without options you selected on your order sheet? No hate here, it just sounds like someone dropped the ball and you got the shaft because of it.

Thats exactly what im tellin you...funny thing is that its still an option if you look on mbusa. I dont understand it. In the original brochure there was also a two tone black w/ blue inserts that i selected and they just decieded to discontinue that in the middle of my order. My car was one of the first ones of the boat, maybe they changed it since then, but i doubt it. People keep sayin that they "think" they have seen the bi-xenons, but every clk63 i have seen does not. I know its an option, im not arguing that, I remember seeing it myself. Either way, it sucks, and I want my F' xenons. Im dyin to get to the bottom of this.
