I think that the CLK BE can be compared to the M3CSL. I do believe that the CLK BE is a defniite stepup, but it is also going to be thousands more than the M3CSL.
The M6 should be compared the the CLK63.

The CLK63 BS will be out this year, and with 500hp, 4,000lbs, two pedals, two usable seats, and ~$100k, competes directly with the M6.

I wouldnt be so sure about that the new M3 is going to be 65 before... any dealer markup is done because they will be hard to get your hands on. The old M3 in 01 when i got one based at 45.7 or so and mine was not even loaded and was 53 grand with 18s and no navi plus i paid a premium over sticker to have one of the first ones you can be sure the new M3 will be 10+ grand more all day. If there was a coupe CLk63 it would be a better comparison at 65-70 for the m3 and 75-80 for the Coupe CLk63. There already giving away the vert CLK63s here in South FL.
