Nyc Spotted: Clk Dtm Amg
hey all,
I parked outside a garage located in chinatown today, and I eyed a CLK DTM AMG! I took a few pics and It made my day. I droollled about it!, so an hour later, I walk pass the garage to meter again, and the owner (who apparently is a member of Mbworld.org as well! woot woot!) was there, opened his hood, so I went in and spoke to him, talked about mbworld, he was a really cool dude and told me to sit in his car, so I can get some pics with it!, I sat in the drivers seat, he took a few pics for me, then he took me down the block. woah my gosh, it was great! the car sounded AMAZING! and the bucket seats/seatbelts, carbonfiber interior trim, everything was great! even the location of the cruise control was great!!! the car picked up really fast the note of the exhaust sounded amazing as well. below are alot of pictures that I have taken!
enjoy! this CLK DTM AMG MADE MY DAY! and its probably once in a life time chance that I can ever sit in a CLK DTM AMG AND FEEL THAT THING MOVE!!!!

So sick...so sick.. I saw one at the AMG factory.... ITs such a sick vehicle.... Actually saw a few being made tooo..... can't believe the DTM starts off as a 320 and then modified.......

CLK DTM, SLR, MAYBACH 62
The car is on its way back to LA today to get some work done on it, Headers, Exhaust,Chip, Crank Pully,Bump Stick, and a Airbox. I am also putting the Renntech wheels that was given to me for SEMA. I am gonna try to see how much rubber I can put under the back, so I can get the power down. I will be back to NYC at the end of June with my Enzo and with 2 of my Lotus Cup Cars. Have you had a chance to dyno the beast? I'm curious to see how much it puts down at the wheels bone stock.
