MIne has 34K miles. At around 25K miles the passenger side headrest stop going up and down. Now at around 31K miles the driver side headrest won't go up or down. So far nothing major. (knock on wood)

damn if that's the only major concerns, then that's really good to know. Thanks.

i'm up to 60k on my 2003 clk55...no major problems. just typical mb electrical **** as Stiggs said. my nav antenna has been flakly, heated seats stopped working, and my outdoor thermometer thinks we live in desert. all under warranty...
nothing compared to my clk320 or bmw325 which both had some major engine stuff done. (under warranty again.)

This has come up just recently here: https://mbworld.org/forums/clk55-amg-clk63-amg-w208-w209/206781-new-member-getting-clk55-have-questions.html
Again, there was a recall for the alternator/power regulator. Make sure the car had it done, or didn't need it. And if it has a Valeo radiator, GET IT REPLACED! I link to our experiences in the thread above.
We've got 43K on our '04, and outside of the radiator/transmission problem, no other problems at all.
