Hey guys, new on the forum.
My name is André and im from Sweden, usuly post on 6speedonline.
But since my brother traded away his Gallardo -04 vs a CLK 63 AMG -07 he asked me to ask some qustions here, and since he´s not a forum person, ill post some for him.
Some bad cell phone pictures when i drove the car yesterday:
Does anyone have a list or link where you can find out the codes, whats the equipment is ?
We got a list with all these codes, ex U18,N98 and such, just wanted to know what they mean.

The CLK63 in America is convertible only. The convertible has one sided (dual) exhaust. The CLK63 coupe is available in Europe and has the usual quad exhaust.

and the picture on the upper right show quad exhausts. It also has the front side markers showing it's US version. No?

You have a point, photo is there. However, try this MBUSA.com-->Models-->AMG Overview-->scroll down to 2008 CLK63--> photos&videos, 2 pics of it going away from camera, no quad.
I think that the photo you found was an early version that was photoshoped in as a quad. If I remember right I saw that when I was buying mine and I thought the samething, turns out the 2007 and 2008 is really a twin exhaust.

Hi there how are you,im owner of clk55 2004model, i just need a favor if u can send me a pix for the exhaust from down for ur car cuz i need to upgrade it like the 2005 year...i wana make it 4 exhaust i mean... thanks for ur help

The quad exhaust mod has been done several times. Check out the w209 thread and/or use "search".

For the record, I own a US 08 CLK63 AMG BS and a US 07 CLK63 AMG Cabriolet. My 08 BS has dual quad exhausts and my 07 only has quad exhausts on the left side. Too bad, I would prefer to have dual quads too on the 07 but that's how the came. BTW, the 08 CLK63 cab is the same.

I would be ALL over that clk63 NonBS Coupe...... for my needs 1/4 mile only, I'd bolt on the wiestec and run 10's!!!!!!!
