Please tell me that it's a fiberglass kit! I have a neighbor with a pristine 190. I can not imagine this type of travesty to a classic automobile.

quality work but it is a shame to butcher a classic merc like that. a blower on a merc looks sooooooooooooo out of place.

2002 CLK 55 AMG Coupé
This guy took the wrong approach with goofy wheels, cab yellow color, etc.

But done right, I don't object to modernizing the old mercs. Some guy had AMG drop our 55 motor into a 300 SL from the 50s. Hard to tell the difference from the outside, but now the owner gets his cake and can eat it too.

I would accept any AMG motor in any Benz. That is a cool conversion. Even if he had doen it to this 190. But a blown small block - NO!

that 190 with a supercharged v-8 would be impossible to keep on the road. i agree that a small block in that car is ridiculous.
